General
Youngboats has over 100 individual pontoon berths for craft up to 30 foot LOA, in the pleasant quiet setting of Oare Creek.
There are 20 pontoon finger mudberths about halfway up the creek, by the large shed on the port bank, with spaces for visitors. At the head of the creek, some 800 yards further on, there are over 80 pontoon mudberths, almost all finger berths.

 Moorings in Oare Creek |
All the berths dry out , with access to the Creek around 1½ hours each side of high water.
All the berths have access to water and electricity (with tokens purchased from
the chandlery) and are in secure compounds surrounded by high fencing with lockable gates.
Space is available ashore within the compounds for winter lay-up at no extra cost, (other than cranage), to owners renting a berth.
At the head of the creek there are toilets,
telephone, a well stocked chandlery with
calor and camping gas, diesel fuel and second hand boat
sales.
At the head of the Creek lies Oare village with its two pubs and easy access to the market town of Faversham about a mile away.
